Zrejme to tu este nebolo
V susedstve Tower 115 budu zrejme dalsie vyskove budovy.
Je to sice hudbou buducnosti, ale taky je plan J&T s nahradenim tlaciarni ktore susedia s Tower 115, no k vystavbe nedojde skor nez sa dokonci Panorama City, takze az po roku 2010.
Panorama City by sa podla toho clanku mala zacat stavat v lete.

I will add summary in English. Please, write more in English, especially important information.

Developer J&T is announcing another highrise development on the site of printing works next to Tower 115 close to bridge Apollo. Construction should start when another project of this developer - nearby Panorama city will be finished.

So it seems new highrise (maybe skyscraper) is coming.

projekt pre 60.tis obyv., olymp. štadiony , cena X miliard euro, najvacsi projekt v celej europe - znie to až príliš dobre

Lots there are not cheap anyway and everybody knows there will be some development so this news won't affect price of lots. They released it to public because they need another reality investor to help them.

yes it makes sense, but from mine point of view is different when you know that someone is gonna buy your ground becouse he wants to build there family house, and its different when someone MUST buy your ground becouse he is gonna build there large estate and your small ground is just in the middle of his future plans (just remember kia factory....what happen there)
