No, they aren't. What you see in the picture are I think supports for the awning.

Slightly off topic, but once the line opens, will it be known as Crossrail, or Crossrail 1, joined by Crossrail 2, or will it get a new moniker like the Diana line?

I saw it's going to be operated by TfL Rail, same as the Overground. I'm thinking we travel on the Eurostar, not the Eurotunnel, although I guess the DLR is multiple lines with one name..
