for something above 100mtrs, I wont be excited until I see a crane and the building topped out. Until then I fully expect it to be scaled back again to an 18 level building. Hope Im wrong

Did this happen or cancelled has a similar look to Raine Square development in Perth.

It was approved at the new height not too long ago and is expected to begin construction next year, if all things go according to plan (which knowing Adelaide they won't) then it will be completed by 2014.

So this will b 27 floors and 103 meters- it must have fairly small floor heights.

This was approved by the DAP early this month.

Also it's 28 levels now, not 27. Title changed
