I'll repeat. Safran said it solved its problem with the “hot part” of the engine.
“All new engines that are being produced come with a modified combustion chamber, retested, which eliminates any defects in operation,” said Ilya Konyukhov (director of the Be-200 aircraft remotorization project). He added - those defects that are being discovered today are related to the fact that such a replacement has not yet been performed on all engines during repairs.
+
Deputy Director General of Rostec State Corporation Dmitry Lelikov said:
“Rostec financed the creation of the necessary reserve of SaM-146 engines ... The total amount of investments amounted to about 8 billion rubles. This is necessary so that in case of the necessary repairs, it is possible to quickly change the engines. ”
A replacement engine is required for the duration of the repair, but Powerjet’s production capacity is limited, resulting in a shortage of replacement units. Because of this, aircraft from a number of operators have to stand on the ground.
This is compounded by the small resource of the French combustion chamber. However, the French said they had solved their problem.

I think that the American customer (or all foreign) will agree to the installation of engines SaM-146.
However, undoubtedly - Russia needs a new PD-8 / PD-10 engine. At least - for the Superjet 75 and for the internal contract for the Be-200 (as well as for the contract with Iran).

Maybe the Iranians, if they are lucky.

Russia’s ministry of industry and trade has unexpectedly cancelled the Beriev Be-200 amphibian SaM146 replacement engines project.
Prosecutor general Yury Chaika revealed in a speech at the Federation Council (the upper chamber of the Russian parliament) that the office of the prosecutor general had disallowed the replacement of the original Ukrainian-made engines in the Russian amphibious aircraft with SaM146 engines – because they “contain components from NATO countries,” Russia state news-wire RIA Novosti has reported.
additionally.

In addition, the SaM-146 has yet to prove its operational capability in marine conditions in which the engine is exposed to corrosive sea water. A combination of these factors could easily delay the implementation of the programme for at least two years, the source summarised.
Lets come back to a new Beriev engine in around 3 years when there is one, otherwise this thread will end up as another Spamtonov type of bad joke thread, is that OK!!!!!!

At the ongoing Paris Air Show, Russia’s Beriev Aircraft Company, which is part of Russia’s United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), has expanded its existing sales contract from five to seven Be-200ChS amphibians to a Chilean customer.

Yury Grudinin, Beriev’s general director, has revealed that deliveries to customer Asesorias CBP are scheduled for 2020 and 2021. “What we are offering today is a complex solution which, along with the aircraft includes a waterdrome project and aftersales support system,” he explains.

The contract with the Chilean company was originally signed in September 2018. At the time Russia’s United Engine Corporation (UEC) was making arrangements for re-powering the Be-200 with SaM-146 engines produced by a Russo-French joint venture between UEC-Saturn and Safran Aircraft Engines. However, in the spring of this year, the word was spread that the re-engining project had been suspended. UAC has now revealed that the contracted aircraft will be powered by their original engine option, the D-436TP made by Ukrainian Motor Sich. Since the Ukrainian government imposed a ban on all cooperation with Russian companies, the delivery of the engines is likely to be arranged via a multilateral international cooperation.
