There are still a lot of speculations right now especially the units specs and layouts because this has not yet been released. Hopefully more details will be officially released next week.

If yu are to buy here, buy facing the amenities or buy something really high, the orientation of the building is parallel to the firestation lot and lower units will have an unfortunate view of the future structure that will be separated only by a narrow street.

Who is the target market? Looking at the pricing and model sizes, I'm kind of lost hahah.

Sorry, I have just read The Rise forum. I got confused at first; there should have been a differentiation. they should have created another brand for such mid end projects to differentiate from their high end brand.

Off topic. But yeah, I reckon Air Residences is a breath of fresh air for smdc. Pun intended.

Wow, this is definitely expensive! What are the deliverables? I want this project to be successful but it might be too expensive for the locals. They need to aggressively market this abroad too.

Ang tagal naman matapos can't believe I have to wait 6 years para matapos ganito po ba kalakaran satin? Why taking them so long? Imagine how much money they can potentially invest earn interest then later build the condo.
