Dapat kasi magkaroon ng originality...di na lang nag-namedrop...pwede namang sabihing Premier basta ang ipapakitang rendered model eh premier talaga...hindi naman tanga yung mga investor/prospect buyer para hindi malaman ang difference ng upscale sa mediocre design.

Showed project details to my clients, they all agree that price as of now is high. Might take some time for price appreciation esp that Rise and Brio are also in the market with a lower price offer.

Actually Air Residences is turning out pretty reasonable when you consider the price increase recently at The Rise to more than 3M for a 1 Brm.

Sales is moving kinda slow compared when Jazz, Shell, or Shore were launched. In fact, this is the slowest moving project in terms of sales after launch, based on my experience in selling smdc.

6 years is a long time, nobody knows what's going to happen by then. Who knows, maybe turnover coincides with an economic downturn, where the prevailing market price will be much lower than today despite inflation.

Price point is one, definitely.
And there has to be something special with Air to make it marketable. Also, Shang's The Rise is a direct competition, with better offering in my opinion. Also, there are still units for sale in Jazz which will have an earlier turnover than Air. Imo, payment terms with no dp is the only advantage of Air over Rise.

bakit ito ang front view ng mga renders nila? hindi ba yung side ng ayala dapat?

bakit nila nilgayan ng firewall. wala naman kadikit na bldg. ito diba? ang taas na firewall ito.
