Bottom line is you did get a unit in a hotspot. Regardless of whether it is Shang or SMDC, it is a good investment.

Correct, NEDA board sent the proposal back to DOTC. Project is in limbo due to cost and right of way issues. It has been dropped from the PPP pipeline for now.

This would have been the largest PPP. PNOY did not even mention in his SONA, so I don't think there is any hope for the subway loop to get approval under this administration.

This does not take away the fact that both Rise and Air are in a good location and who knows, the subway may still be in the pipeline.

Hey guys...saw this fence with huge SMDC signages all over it on an empty lot right next to the on-going construction Paseo de Roces and Marvin Plaza along Pasong tamo almost in front of Goldilocks. Any feedback? Tnx.

Prices are very different.
At P 250k per SM, Alveo Financial Tower is like double the price of The Rise.

Why pay that unless you need office space?
