extended Earth Hour
taken last nite. hayag na ang palibot kay 7 pm na, pero dunay gadagtom sa likod, 30 storey nga building nga continuous ang pag observed sa "earth hour'. looya ning projecka oi.

The victim of the incompetence of our OBO. OBO is simply an inutile Department that allowed a few projects ignoring standard RROW. Seaside City and Il Corso are the other two biggest victims.

10 years in a making..Construction of this project started in 2008..and still not finished?.finishing touches,paints and claddings until finished maybe takes another 3years more i guess..hehehe..

Looks like this is now a ghost tower. The crane hasn't even moved for over a year!!!!

If the developer ran out of money, they should just sell it to someone else and have them finish. Many unfinished buildings in Metro Manila were sold to other developers and completed, sometimes even exceeding in quality and design from the original build. This includes that Marcos era office building in EDSA Magallanes that has been a ghost tower for decades until Alphaland rescued it and is now the Alphaland South Gate Tower, the unfinished Westmont Bank which is now the Alphaland Tower, the unfinished GA Skysuites which was rescued by Double Dragon and is now complete, the Sun Plaza which is now the PSCO HQ in Mandaluyong, and the AIC Empire Tower which is now Burgundy Empire Tower which, although not built to its full potential, at least is being used right now. With the sheer demand for office and hotel space in Cebu plus the prime location of this building, I think there should be no shortage of developers willing to finish and make this building operational.

we had one within CBP area... Avalon Condo... originally by a Korean investor but backed out and was bought by a local investor

lahi man sila ug style. instead of ang ground floor maoy unahun aron mapaabangan or magamit, tua nuon sila sa taas nag hinay2x ug tiwas. STRANGE huh!
