Thanks soorox. I’ll kick it off by posting a picture of the new Lacoste store which opened at Chadstone today.

This store now features the modern fit-out also seen at the St Collins Lane store, however this store is much larger.

You know how I said something big could open there? I really did expect something along Versace's lines. It could be a pop up to test the market and they could possibly open a permanent boutique later. I think Mulberry will open elsewhere and Versace could also take Morrison's space as a permanent boutique once they leave

Who knows? Maybe Mulberry will take the space of Morrison.

My prediction is that the Versace pop-up store will open for a few months waiting for Morrison's to vacate, once Morrison's finally leaves, Versace will take that entire space.

I don't think that Versace will just open a pop-up and thats it, it has an intention of opening a permanent store.

Then that leaves Mulberry's, I'm just gonna go on a limb and say that it will take Mimco's space.

Mont Blanc Chadstone has opened

Chaumet looks to be next, probably in the next 2 weeks. I’m sure the aim is to also have Hermés, Piaget and the new Gucci store all ready for Christmas trading.

A few days old now but Chadstone Shopping Centre made the International YouTube news this week on 'Now You Know' with the Tesla Model 3 showing at their store...seemed like good occasion...I'll have a look next week.

Chadstone also looks to be getting JD Sports. I can see this opening where Toys R Us used to be after the Catch pop up store has finished its stint

Chaumet Chadstone has opened

I assume the white wall on the right is temporary as the store to the right (possible Versace permanent boutique?) will butt up right against it

Camper is reopening at Chadstone with a new store in December 2018. I wonder if this will be in the old Rodd & Gunn location just a door down from where they used to be

What the hell? Looks like it's half-finished.
I prefer the previous outfit.

West Piazza development taking shape featuring Calia and Yu Kitchen

Looks like they are also getting rid of the 80’s tiles on both levels of the “East Mall” expect the finishes to match the new section along with the new luxury wing

Without derailing too much I tend to agree, the new Brisbane mega Aesop store will follow that design too. I'll still buy their stuff now and then but yeah it's not really a good look.

I feel that they should have included their logo on the facade as well, as opposed to black on black on the door

From what I can gather they like a real mix of their stores across Australia.

Example, Aseop in Strand Arcade is very elegant but in James Street Brisbane it's very bare. But they both work. I do still agree with you.

The nicest one is Indooroopilly, but although I've not been there since 2010, I do remember how nice the Doncaster Aseop is.

This is how the Brisbane one will look maybe the one at Chadstone will look ok in the end:
