still good, $152m is good money. Considering that 2 buildings with a shopping mall and great architecture, Kanyon is $220m, $152m is not bad at all.

In addition to that, DOI is $160m, while steel construction are actually more expensive in the initial investment sense.

Also we have to note that Kiler most probably bought the area and groundworks for lower than its actual value...

This under construction tower is seriously reported to be the 4th tallest of Istanbul when completed (after Dubai Towers Istanbul (planned), Diamonds of Istanbul (U/C), and Is Bank HQ (completed).
It was actively under construction when last photographed - http://wowturkey.com/t.php?p=/tr88/memocan_tatlici.jpg
Any new photographs or news from the construction site?
As seen on the photograph, the topmost floor sections were newly cemented (difference in color of the newly-built sections and the old sections remaining from the time when the construction was stalled).

Here is the photograph whose link was given above.

As seen on the photograph, the topmost floor sections were newly cemented (difference in color of the newly-built sections and the old sections remaining from the time when the construction was stalled).
The photo was taken on Sunday, hence no workers.
Any new photos or developments from the construction site? Any substantive update would be greatly appreciated.

A rather large collection of construction photographs from August 3 at http://www.wowturkey.com/forum/viewt...=3713&start=30 (bottom of the page)
One has to be a member to view full-size photographs.
Construction activites seem to be progressing fast; they almost reached the streel level on the Buyukdere Avenue side.

Any building information has yet been posted on that construction billboard erected 10 days ago in front of the construction site?
Thanks for the input.

Thanks for the information.
I wish we would know more about the project.
At any rate, given the size of the plot, it should be a matching addition to the 4. Levent cluster.
