Great.

The sub-basements of this building is actually substantially larger than the visible floorplates. According to the agenda, workers are actually removing asbestos in the sub-basements.

The reception desk had some tools blonked on top of it so last handfull of staff will use the back door to enter the building.

Wow! It's actually really happening. The old building is shut and they are not about to demolish. Can't quite believe it, this should be my first experience (hopefully) of a skyscraper being built from demolition of the old structure to finish

If you have been here since may, I suspect Marsh Wall will beat Leadenhall, Riverside too, but theres no demolition

No doubt though, Leadenhall is the one that gets the blood pumping...

Following the award of Mark Lane and 1 New Change, Griffiths-McGee run of success continues with the very technically difficult demolition of the existing 'umbrella' building at 122 Leadenhall.
