Yes, there are many stadium reconstructions and renovations planned in other cities.

I didn't find a thread of the stadiums that are being Developed in Ukraine, so I decided to make one

Euro 2012 Ukraine stadiums:

Kyiv Olympic stadium (Under reconstruction) ~69,000

Donbass Arena in Donetsk (Almost completed) ~51,000

Kharkiv Metallist stadium (Almost Completed) ~40,000

Odessa Prokopenko Arena (Construction recently started) ~34,000

Lviv Stadion Ukrayina (Construction recently started) ~33,000

Dnipropetrovsk Dnipro Stadium (Completed) 31,003

There are 2 more designs that i know of that are being planned to be built in a couple of years.

In Ivano-Frankivsk they are possibly going to reconstruct their stadium into this (Or build a new one):

And in Kiev they are planning to BUILD a 50k stadium for Arsenal Kiev and it will look like this:

Oh and also this is an old project but they will probably make this, but they are planning to reconstruct the Dynamo Stadium in Kiev into this:
