I agree, name and shame. Where do people have such poor standards? And you talk of V2030, on paper? Or with serious people!! Are those contractors part of the V2030? How are they helping to promote it? It's crazy you have such a tall building where there is basically no road at all. I wonder who are responsible for the roads in Upper Hill. City council or urban roads authority? These guys have an office in upper hill and they are not ashamed to have such contractors!

KCB Plaza will have twenty-one storeys consisting of approximately 171,800 square feet (15,960 m2)

I had read 95 on wikipedia nairobi but that was a long time ago, on the ground the tower looks much taller. Remember it has two double volume mezzanine floors + now the other 21 flrs

It kinda looks like the AU HQs in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia!!
I too count 23 floors starting after the "large" Mezzanine floor. Am sure my nursery school teacher taught me how to count well.

Passed by today. The tower should now read topped out which was done about a week or two ago. I still counted 21 flrs above the large mezzaine but the soldier at the gate told me its 23. I asked him to please comfirm to me the in meters and floors, hopefully he will send the details to me tommorrow.

A true metropolitan is developing here as you can see. Cities within a city. Downtown Nairobi, Upper Hill, Westlands then where do we go to build skyscrapers Hurligham au wapi sasa. But these are all like cities in their own right within Nairobi. So when you speak of a metropolitan, it really is. Only makes sense to move out to outliers like Ngong, Kiserian, Athi River, Mlolongo, Masaku, Kitengela. Notice all these are areas south of Nairobi and the only side where there is land for expansion. How is Ngara moving along really? Pangani, Eastleigh, Embakasi...all have potential.
