not sure yet. but seems to be mixed use for offices and residential.

from the image relative to the shorter tower it looks 50 FL not more

But the plan allows construction of a 72 fl tower up to 300m above sea level. It's linked in the 1st post, you can read it there or open a new profile of someone who reads posts for you.

the plan for elite allows 80 FL and they will build 60
the plan for azrieli sarona was 45 and they build 53
so..

the plan for the eilte was for 77fl as the municipality called for it. This time the height request came from the entrepreneur.

Actually the municipality allowed a 100 floors tower at Elite.

theres another unknown project on this street called Nesher Baz
of two planned residential towers of 34 FL mentioned in this article

if this is his design, he better stick to the chairs,bad unhuman obelisk ,this is exactly architecture israel has to avoid,we always will be bad copy of somewhere else,if we dont try to be different.

to me this area needs something bold like this

Buildings like this usually cost ridiculous amounts of money and are rarely economical. Nobody is stupid enough to finance something like this in Israel.

it can be economical the shape is simple not so expensive
the bottom part is like the new Aviv rothschild 22 tower
maybe more angular but it can be done

I, for one, love the design. They may have to make some changes for economic reasons, but I like it. Very futuristic-looking.
