Sharklets make the A320 look better, but it will never look as sleek as the 737 IMO.

p.s. would the A380 get sharklets in the future as currently their wiglet design seems to be a copy of the A320

Jat airways will be getting 2x a319 with sharklet and 4x a320 with sharklet as well

Yes but apparently the older models require a lot more work to fit the sharklets than what the later models require.

As someone else has mentioned all A320's built before a certain date need some serious modifications to the wings to enable sharkelets to be fitted. Only more recent aircraft can have the wing fences easily swapped for sharklets.

As for the A380 getting them, probably not. This is for two reasons, firstly the A380 is already 25cm away from the current legal limit on wingspan. A380 size sharkets would increase the wingspan by a few metres.

Secondly, sharkets have been designed to be most beneficial for the short haul flights of the A320, they probably would not give much of an advantage on the kind of flights the A380 carries out.
