Due to current position of fences for ongoing block that was started in 2013 at present it is difficult to get any "close up" pictures of this block and even those taken from distance were with difficulty to vegetation blocking some views

Site compound/site area have now been relocated making it now possible to get "close up" to the block, which from sign is called Midlothian Court

I'm in the process of purchasing an apartment off plan, for the building you've just been photographing.

Its called Bittern House, (after the A4 locomotive - guessing once stabled there), and the building is now expected to be completed & ready for move-in around summer 2016.
