Agree. Optus house is by far the most irritating just because of how present it is in any photo of the western portion of the skyline from the east.

The exposed portion I believe is where the 3 level forest is going, It will also feature lattice work on the outside

Does the render reflect what they've built? There seems to be more of a void in Greenguy's photo, whereas the render clearly has horizontal floor plates cloaked in greenery. We'll have to await removal of the screens.

If it is half as good as the renders Beulah will have set a good benchmark for when they get going on Green Spine, in whatever form it is approved, after this is completed.
