The Truth about buying real estate in Dubai

Dubai has become one of the most exciting real estate arenas in the world.
As tourists from around the world visit Dubai, they are captivated by the city and its array of modern architecture.
Many dive into the opportunity to own a piece of the city by purchasing property. Apartments, hotel units, hotel apartments, villas, you name it and it’s available for investors.
The problem is often, these investors are introduced to these opportunities by the developers of the property, thus certain valuable information is sometimes withheld to facilitate a sale.
Some investors end up disappointed by low returns on their investment, others discover a decrease in appreciation when the try to sell off the investment.
Africans investors are often the biggest casualty.
I have worked in the Dubai real estate for 8 years now and I have gained firsthand experience.
I write this post first to reaffirm that investing in Dubai real estate is indeed a profitable and worthy endeavor, if one is directed by a sincere and professional advisor.
In my time here I noticed investors from Africa will quickly listen and trust a white, Asian or Arabic sales person. This I have understood is rooted in the deep distrust amongst most blacks.
They end up mislead as the sales person feels no obligation or attachment to them and thus encourages them to buy anything at any price.
In some cases it works out well in others they end up with overpriced properties.
Investing in Dubai, if done right can produce great income for a lifetime and a legacy to bequeath to your children. If done right.
I encourage investors to explore the great opportunities of owning properties in Dubai.
I encourage you to seek out professional with your interest at heart.
Most importantly, I encourage you to seek me out. I am first an architect and now a real estate advisor in Dubai. Caring for people is first nature.

With proper direction investing in Dubai real estate can be your most brilliant and rewarding business move.
God bless
