While you're at it, just build a f*** skyscraper jungle on the Palm! Such a shame..

Stunning project but surely work on this will have to wait for Palm Tower completion.

Stunning Project but I think the Downtown area would have been a better location for it.

The Downtown area already has the Sky Views tower. Kind of the same tower as this one.

If they r going to build a tower that will stand alone in the island i feel like it should have an iconic simple shape, this looks out of place

This is one of my favorite projects and I cant wait for it to start rising above ground.

Isnt number of rooms a bit odd? twin >250m structure and mere 125 rooms +359 residences? How large will be average room/residence?

Quote:
At almost 260-m-high, Palm360 will offer unobstructed views of Palm Jumeirah, the spectacular Arabian Gulf coastline and Dubai skyline.
..
The hotel component will offer 125 hotel rooms and suites, whilst the 359 branded residences – including 16 branded penthouses

State-owned property developer Nakheel has called for ground preparation proposals for PALM360, the hotel and residential tower development which will be Palm Jumeirah’s tallest structure when it is complete in 2021.

The 260 metre, two-tower project will include the 125-room Raffles The Palm Dubai Hotel, 331 Raffles-branded residences and the world’s largest sky pool connecting the two towers, according to a press releases issued on Tuesday.

A tender for the main construction works will be issued later this year and the project is scheduled for completion in 2021, the statement added.
