That's not bad for Rize, if the stadium is expandable especially. I am glad they are building this!

ACTEEUM Group continues its dynamic expansion in Turkey.

The company secured an area of 22,000 m2 in the center of Tokat, a city with 140,000 inhabitants in the north of the country. ACTEEUM Group will develop a 20,000 m2 shopping center on the site. The opening of the shopping center is planned for early 2010. This is the fourth Turkish shopping center project for the Group. Previously Istanbul-Goztepe, Samsun and Kahramanmaras were secured.


Tokat is a city in the mid Black Sea region of Anatolia with a population of 133,000 inhabitants. It is one of the most important trade centers in the region.

Location
The site is perfectly located at the main road entering the city center amidst densely populated residential developments. All Tokat inhabitants can reach the site within 10 minutes drive.

Project Overview
A shopping center with over 20,000 m2 leasable area, anchored by a hypermarket, an electronic store and a cinema. The shopping center will have 700 parking places and is very good accessible by public transport. The project will be the first and the biggest modern shopping center in town.
