You need to rationalize the franchise and routes as well

Brand new Daewoo BS120S bus unit for Magicline Express with bodywork assembled by Santarosa Motor Works, Inc.

The new markings (route on the body and windshield), even the font used for the brand name are so cringy.

Mabuti kahit paano na city operators are slowly migrating to low-floor / BRT type buses.

Pag nauwi ako ng Diliman every Sundays pag maaga pa eh I always try to catch these type of buses - kahit tayo walang problema.

Well, Santarosa is known for plain, conservative yet "durable" bus bodies na rip-off usually ng mga European buses. Kaya etong bago nilang BS120S which was launched during last year's PIMS na based sa Van Hool or VDL, I think, walang kadating-dating. I still prefer their 2016 model na meron si Phil Touristers, JAM, MyBus at Boracay Airport na ang front fascia, based naman sa Neoplan.

Guys, I hope you can help me with my current dilemma:

There is now a proliferation of P2P buses. They're convenient, and safe. This will be an alternative, for example if you live down south and want to go home every day.

Some colleagues would leave their cars in Nuvali and take the P2P bus to Makati.

Have you guys tried any of these? Would you consider taking the P2P bus daily than to rent a place in the city? What if you only need to come to work 3x/wk? Rental rate in Makati now stands at >1k/sqm/mo. If you need to spend just 2 nights per week in the city, I think staying at cheap hotels or AirBnBs is an alternative. What do you guys think?

TIA.

Problema lagi kapag umpisa ng pasukan after ng long holiday laging walang driver at empleyado ang mga bus companies. Katwiran nila nasa bakasyon daw sila.

Totoo ba yun?

Yes. Point-to-Point buses are indeed part of this discussion.

wala naman maciadong nagbago from the time you left in so far as public transpo is concerned.

They are still the same jeepneys, taxis, buses, and drivers' behavior that you will see.
