The pool is too tiny!!!

Looks like it's only like 2m wide by 14-15m long?

More of a lap pool than a relaxation pool... however, I can not see a safety fence and or gate, so perhaps it's not a pool, perhaps it's just a shallow water feature...

It's now about 96m RL so it will get through. About the same height as the Applecross highest ATM.

Should quite a bit higher because of the roof feature

I checked the PDF linked to the DA on the SP feedback site. Pretty sure what I said is quite accurate. It won't be over 100m. Look at the scaling in this diagram - clearly just over 90m to roof. Now extrapolate the rest. That feature can't bring it to more than 100m

Gotcha, I think they have exaggerated the size of the roof feature in the renders then:

Yeah, just a bit going by those renders. Artist's license in action

I think the renders are spot on. The schematic is side on, the renders are looking from a ground perspective, whereas you're comparing like for like PD.

Yeah the roof section is the same height as that next section below it so there's no real exaggeration going on. Wouldn't hurt to make it appear a bit shorter though to give the nimbys a false sense of security. If that's possible.

Even a false sense of security is scary to the NIMBYs.
