I'm counting 15 floors here, 13 floors above what looks like a double height entrance. could be 16 as the first floor of windows are the same height as the Bank in front, we'll have to wait and see.

You know what. I love it. I really love the hexagonal panelling, the height, the density of the area.

Though it is particularly important that the materials are good on this one.

That's what I thought, I've accepted Alpha will always be the prominent building here, but sayin' that, I've come to really like this and think it'll look really nice. Without wanting to sound like a pretentious fool (well the latter comes naturally to me), but I do like the relationship it has with HSBC at this early stage ..

I'd say 65 as a maximum given that the Hyatt is 75 and 2 Arena Central is 58

Hope they move soon with the other buildings here otherwise the HSBC people are going to have a very grumpy first few years of construction noise.

Is there not still a plot yet to have a building designed for residential I think it was planned as an 85 Mtrs tower initially?

I think so yes and I'm still hoping we'll get one near or exceeding that on that plot but yeah, a case of wait and see what happens

Wasn`t that and the neighbouring residential plot knocked on the head?

Now specified for further office space I think.

Yup, my favourite part of Arena Central that was lol, it's the lowest part of Arena Central so hopefully still tall tower, residential would have been better I think though.

This development it starting to become very unique. All of the office buildings are more than just glass boxes and each have an individual style but yet are uniformed by the (apparent) materials and cohesion they have with each other.

That's fine though, djay, I reckon.

When it is built, there will be reflections and shadows that no render could ever attempt to convey.

It'll be contrasting, interesting to look at, and as the materials are from such a neutral palette, that they will work together, and make for an interesting urban landscape. Particularly with them all being geometrically inspired.
