The other proyect, consider buying the terrain bahave the boxes sector, and closing the D shape of the stadium, making la Bombonera an oval stadium
Thanks

Do you have any pics of those projects?
Is there any plans to extinguish the standing places behind the goals?

Look, the Bombonera stadium is notable because the east side of the stadium has only one tier instead of three because of a residential area occupying the space. Plus, the top tier is about 65 degrees steep. Also the paint is peeling off in some areas and some sections of the stadium either have no individual seating and only bench seating. I should have built a new stadium similar to the existing one and I don't know if the stadium can be modernised properly as the stairwells can easily be seen on its exterior. And the stadium actually has a 58,000 capacity, not a 36,000 capacity.

So instead of renovating the whole thing, which it desperately needs, they're just adding a needless tier above the renovation?

You need to pull it down and build a new stadium at another place (there is lack of place). It looks very bad.

They should tear down the boxes and the houses behind and build all around. That'd make this 80k and the craziest stadium on earth.

I really dont think they will do anything to the stadium.. and i even dont think the will downcrease it to 36,000.. fifa regulations in argentina are not been followed.. i believe only one stadium is being renovated to the fifa regulations.. incredible..

Like I said, don´t touch the stadium. It is beautifull old shit!!!
Or build a complete new one. The fourth (!) ring looks wack. If they are that desperate, just make the third ring bigger.
But I keep at first option, don´t touch it!

Which stadium in Argentina are they renovating, anyway? And are you saying that the Estadio Monumental does not follow FIFA regulations?

That 4th tier looks less steep than the second and third, which of course doesn't make sense.

That I know, no one. And of course, "El monumental" doesn't follow FIFA regulations...both upper ends are still terraces, and the remaining sections that do have seats, still have old wooden benches from the 1978 WC.
