what really gets me is the imagination of the same photo in 10 years!
palm ja and the waterfront will be finished and everything will be green and colorful!

Hmmm....
Palm Jebel Ali will be ready before Dubai Waterfront but if you look at the Waterfront pics you can see that the project reaches to the land connection of the palm. So my question is, how will be the palm connected with the mainland during the construction of Dubai Waterfront ?

i guess it will be a brigde connection or something like that. and they will start with that part of Dubai Waterfront, which makes it the first to be completed, maybe only 1 or 2 years after palm jebel ali.

i think they'll probably finish the reclamaition and infrastructure of that part of the water front while the palm ja is u/c.....

that way when the palm ja is completed they'll at least have the streets of that part of the water front done... thus giving ppl access to thepalm ja and still be able 2 build that part of waterfront

I'm somehow struck by how the Palm, Jebel Ali is not progressing as fast as the The Palm Jumeirah was during the end. I guess they are committing more dredging ships to the World Project.

i always wonder how tall these residential towers all over the crescent are
will the top of the crescent have this kind of business center or whatever it is?
