I saw a pic in the Gulfnews(freehold), from left side going to be a hotel which is almost the same as the Jumeirah Beach Hotel

Residential and commercial towers (G+36).

5 bedroom villas, 1,2, & 3 bedroom duplex apartments and
1 & 2 bedroom apartments and office units.

Coastline properties with sea and beach views.

Adjacent to retail, restaurants, cinema and entertainment
centre with a Mall in the complex.

Gym and health spa and swimming pool.

Access to 5 star hotel facilities.

Buildings designed in accordance with LEED regulations.

At 4800/Sft, i really don't think this is something to write home about. They are definitely great looking towers and will probably have some great views but the prices are just crazy!

No no, that's not Royal Bay. The twin towers on the right are the Royal Bay towers. I don't know what the other one is....yet
