Looks like they are working around level 13 and it must be close to being on par now with the council building height.
A few more months and it should be topped out.

council bldg is about 50mRl , merindah will be Rl72 so substantially taller,

chatted to some one who is involved with this project and thinks it will be tallest in Gosford for some time.
the towers planned for northern end of Gosford will probably go up next cycle.
the Kibbleplex project is a goer and the guys are serious, but 1 stage at a time, which means shopping centre and stage1 tower which is 11 storeys hotel. great news. these are opposite park. on henry parry drive.

Gosford still has so much potential. A walking/cycling boardwalk alongside the railway line, an enlarged marina next to the old ‘Erotic (Aquatic) Club’. These things have been discussed on and off for decades.

Watch the money pour into Gosford if the marina development ever goes ahead. Just like golf courses, marinas attract people with money. People with money will invest in real estate.

Bruce McLachlan's comments that council actually owns that part of the Brisbane water near the bay was interesting - no need to negotiate with state govt entities. just needs a progressive council elected next year....
