Why do you choose the cheap quality stuffs. Have some nice ones, or never come at all. You are a slave worker. Don't need the slaves here. The slaves are OUT. I am saying this for your own sake and this country to keep clean.

You can put anything with okonomiyaki. They are a pancake and after that they are all different. You can have it with beef, cheese or whatever.. Hiroshima has it's own type of okonomiyaki though which is layered instead of mixed together.

Yeah I am well aware that it originated from Korea, but this is the japanese version. Japanese yakiniku comes from Horumonyaki which was made in Kansai by korean immigrants.

And you don't get it it's 10 dollars for the entire meal and the meat is wagyu which is expensive Japanese beef. Usually one kobe beef steak is like $50. Normal beef at that restaurant was $5-7 (it includes all sides)

Also as Castermaild says Yakiniku just means grilled meat which is everywhere in the world.
I see... But the food itself is commonly called Korean grill in the world or Bulgogi (or Galbi) for the native pronunciation.
Just like Kimbap in Korea is called Roll, or Maki in English.

I guess, Korea and Japan had many cultural touchings to each other through the history and recently during the WWII.
By the way, Kimbap is Korean version Rolls(Maki), which originated from Japan.

I just love some of the street-level pictures, especially if they are from cities like Tokyo Such a fantastic city. Please post some more

Japan's streets are so special, smaller than America's street, but clean-lembeb & scienfical. I like Japan's streets and Japanese Architecture.

It's a very dense city. I don't think japan's streets are clean, Because of the pollution... I agree on you about the scienfical part.

Clean as in litter...and what do you mean pollution? Japan is one of the "greenest" countries in the world (emmisions per capita).

I was there in August through September. There is no pollution in Japan. They have the most restrictive vehicle emission control in the world. There are no litters in the streets, either. My only complain is you cannot find any garbage baskets on the sidewalks unlike here in the U.S.

You throw away trash in the place you got that item from, or when you get to your station/work/home. Your avatar is yokohama.

Yes, garbage baskets were removed from streets in Japan after September 11.

There used to be many of them before...

I think Japanese government is just following the U.S. security policy, so you shouldn't complain about that if you are from Southern California.

That's what I heard from my friend. Garbage baskets were removed after 9/11 so that terrorists would not leave bombs in them. Yes I live in Los Angeles and we still have plenty of garbage baskets in the streets here. And as far as I know, no terrorist have tried to leave any bomb in them.

You can't post attachments here.

You just need to upload your photos on a different photo-sharing website such as
Photobucket.
Then you use [img] URL of the photo [/img] tags to post the photos.
