How great to see this one finally happening... been a while since i been around there, design looks safe but still interesting enough and will be a great improvement to that corner cheers.

Going real well! I've seen it a number of times over the last weekend, basically up to same height as the buildings next door. Still covered in green scafolding, but I'd say maybe one or two more floors to go til topped out.

This is a cheap and crappy looking building. Nowhere near as cheap and crappy as Inmark, but still cheap and crappy. The prices of the apartments do not reflect the quality of the building, that's for sure.
