well the whole state of Delaware traffic sucks especially beach traffic in the summer. you can be stuck in traffic from the christiana mall which is about 90 miles to your destination the beach. you can be stop and go all the way there, the the I-95 traffic is always bad, now they really do need to install that fifth lane all we need is funding.

Ah .. must've been during the day. I flew out around midnight and the taxi ride from Nariman Point to the international airport still took about 80 minutes with a little bit of traffic.

In Mumbai, the cab drivers always turn off the car engines when they stop in a traffic jam. no need hybrid cars

http://www.transport.ntua.gr/map/en/index.php
I read something a little while ago about the minutes/km it takes the average driver in rush hour, comparing Toronto, L.A., New York, London and Paris. In order from worst to best it was London at something like 3 min 50 sec/km, Toronto second worst at 3 min 30 sec, L.A. 3 min 15 sec, New York, 2 min 45 sec and last was Paris at 2 min 20 sec. Don't ask me how they got these stats, but I'm just quoting what I read. It was published in a Metro Today newspaper in Toronto about a year ago to prove that the city needed better public transit. DUH!!

2 min 20sec/km in Paris It is average speed of the subway
The average speed in Paris is less than 20 km/h (3 min/km) and it is outside the rush hours.
In rush hours it is largely over 4 min/km.

In the peak hours every boulvard like this. and it is far to be the worse

A big traffic just because a traffic light

LOL, EVERYBODY thinks their city has the worst traffic, only because they have no idea what it's like elsewhere!

wwwwoooooow, that is way tooooo conjested...failure of urban planning? rapid population growth?...or rapid migration due to inequal economic development and distribution of national wealth?...i hope this improves and changes in the future, the Phils has lots of space for improvement....a large portion of the population dfoesn't really have to crowd in one city.

Miami's traffic is nuts, so are the drivers. Most belong behind bars, not behind the wheel!!!!!

With a population of 1,581,082 and a density of 41,014/km² (106,225.8/sq mi),Manila should be a lot more congested

just wondering how did those who live in a big city like that with teribbly worst traffic jam can survive their day long...luckily my city is not that bad. Kuching city, Sarawak is much more calm with less traffic jam and minor accident cases record..life is much more comfortable compare to what Manila has.

Traffic in Dubai is quite bad, so are the drivers. a 20 minute journey could end up taking 3-4 hours.

The next pic is of London
