Yes US cities have alot of suburbs but why take the freeway when you can take side-roads where there is less traffic.

Imagine commuting the distance from downtown to the suburbs on a side road. I wonder how long it will take to go from Midtown to Connecticut like that.

Yup its a distance. Actually I was thinking more of Los Angeles when I posted it.

Milan, Rome and Naples are a terrible example of traffic. Milan has the supremacy to be the most polluted city of Europe, it has a very big traffic coming from suburbs.

manila, bangkok, kuala lumpur and jakarta.. these are heavyweights for traffic jams in this region of the world.

I think nobody mentioned Tehran. One of the worse in Asia for traffic jam.

Someone who understands, it's funny really to see all the idiots stuck in traffic when there are tumble weeds blowing on the feeder lanes.

I whent to Panama City last week for Summer Break some crazy driving, not a good place to DUI at, on our way into the city the first day I was in a 3 hour long traffic Jam too bad I didn't have my camera with me that day.

This is so true. I blame all the wars, economy issues, gas prices, racism and general happiness of people on suburban sprawl. Suburban sprawl will end life on this planet eventually. Thank you very much Eisenhower. He started the whole suburban movement by decentralizing cities in fear of nuclear attack. America is the worst case offender when it comes to this. People that hate cities are not my friends.

Notice that all TJ that we have nowadays we have because of huge amount of repairs to the streets what is great however
