#PROPOSED: DUBAI SENTINELS, 2x200m+, 2x70fl, Res

Dubai Sentinels

Project by Emaar which I have found on the architect's website. Don't know why there haven't been any official announcements about the tower by Emaar yet. Also, it seems like this project is the first to be proposed in the direct neighbourhood of Dubai Creek Tower except for the mall of course. Since COX Architecture is a very professional architecture firm from Australia, this project should have a high chance of getting built.

Website description:

''The Sentinels form an indelible hallmark of contemporary urban life in Dubai.

This development consists of twin residential towers sitting at seventy floors each, located in the new prestigious neighbourhood of Dubai Creek Harbour. With a mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments, this project is slated to be ultra-high end luxury, and hence will include finishes and amenities to match.

Conceived as companion pieces for plots 03-04, they celebrate the extraordinary emergent community of Dubai Creek Harbour. Their duality adds to their symbolic potency and collectively they forge a fresh place-making paradigm within the precinct.

The towers are bred from dynamic forms which create an elegant and vibrant portal to place.

The sanctity of the place of home environment is central to the Sentinels. Each apartment is carefully crafted to embrace a highly personalised living envelope. Effective and flexible spatial arrangements support 21st century contemporary living/working patterns and social lifestyles.

Extraordinary vistas to the Dubai Creek Harbour Tower, the Island and Burj Khalifa are captured throughout the towers, visually immersing the residents in the wonders of surrounding Dubai. A spectrum of living choice is offered from the street to the sky.''
