#APPROVED: CREEK EDGE, +150m, +100m, +45F, +23F, Res (DCH)

Luxury Creek Edge tower is a newly launched project by Emaar Properties at Dubaiís well-known destination Dubai Creek Harbour. It will offer luxury 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with amazing views of community.

Creek Edge is at the heart of Emaar's bold new vision, it is amid synthesis of inspiration and innovation that will describe the future of living and further enrich the city and the more extensive area. The community also serves breathtaking cultural offerings, world-class homes, retail and shopping hubs, amenities, workplaces and the sky is the limit from there, Dubai Creek Harbour speaks to the next frontier in contemporary life, work and play.

Inhabitants at Creek Edge tower will appreciate the panoramic views of the monumental Dubai Creek Tower; this imaginative waterfront development will be in close proximity to the marinas, a yacht club, gleaming canals and top-notch hotels.

Flawlessly complementing the modern setting will be lush green parks and lavish gardens, landscaped promenades, pedestrian walkways, wide cycling pathways and picturesque Dubai Creek vistas.

Residents of Creek Edge will enjoy community facilities such as renowned schools, hospitals and leisure facilities in the neighborhood, as well as Dubaiís forthcoming iconic mosque, will round off the perfect family and tourist destination.

Should have named it "Creek Royale" given its similarity in design to Burj Royale.

Is it just me or are the Emaar signs getting bigger and bigger?

At least this time itís part of the design rather then being slapped on last minute. But yes itís enough of them already

I don't see how it is part of the design. If anything, there is now a trend emerging to reserve vertical space specifically to place the logos. Basically they replaced interesing crowns with cheap advertisement space.
