Curbed is missing one, I think.
Yeah, that's about what I thought it was.

The one missing, I think, is the one that tapers and has two small spires:

It's obviously a supertall too.

The one I couldn't find a height or number for... I think that Curbed or I had something wrong, but I am sure that:
at least three of them have confirmed supertalls, and the supertalls themselves are all great. The Tishman one may have 1,000'+ and I'm pretty sure the last one does too.

So if you didn't find the numbers for the Durst proposal which one is 1100 (becuase you listed the Durst proposal)?

Pederson Fox, Arquitectonica is the 1,100' tower. Durst is 1,200, and there's one I'm not sure about.

Might want to delete the quote you made of my post.

Yeah, Curbed doesn't seem to have a link for the FXFowle architects masterplan, the tapering tower I posted up there.
I think someone had a name wrong on the first page which is why I can't get the names right.

Edit, oh wait, that one (Vornado/Durst) is 80 floors/1,205 feet according to Curbed!

Then what's missing? KPF (Related) is 74 floors and 1,080.

The triplet towers (Extell) were 1,238',

and the SOM one (Brookfield Properties) which I think looks best was 1,300 feet.

And the Tishman one by Helmut Jahn and Peter Walker has 3MSF in one tower, says Curbed, but no height yet. I guess it's at least 900'.

Finally, the headache's over.

Brookfield by far! Others have a few original ideas here and there, but overall... no doubt: Brookfield is the one.

I think i like the first proposal the best, The Brookfields properties one, its the most dense on the skyline!!! Another fine addition to the New York skyline!!!

Even the most horrible plan would be mind-blowing anywhere.

Vornado/Durst - glassy, slightly tapering skyscraper of 80 floors and 1,205 feet, plus at least another supertall and many other towers

KPF (Related) - a 74-floor and 1,080-foot diagrid skyscraper, plus over another dozen skyscrapers from 33 to over 60 floors

Extell - the triplet towers, with 90 floors joined at the top at 1,238 feet tall; this plan also includes a 800-footer, six 730-footers, and a few other towers too

Brookfield Properties (SOM) - contains a slightly curved 1,300-foot tall tower and some smaller supertalls, plus many other skyscrapers

Tishman (Helmut Jahn and Peter Walker) - 2x 3MSF towers at about 1,000 feet tall, and a second pair of towers that's a little smaller than the first, plus even more smaller towers closer to the water (mostly office.)

This past month, NY has seen a lot, and we'll continue to see much more.

Brookfield is the best - also the knowledge that one of the towers is going to be 1300ft (430 meters) -sounds really good to me.

they are picking which one right now and possible it will start next year - it is right near the midtown and no one wants to lose an opportunity to make money
