It's been a few years since I was there. No offense intended,

Various Plans have proposed a train station to be added which I have mixed feelings. On the one hand it would be nice and since the line uses EMU's it would slow it down to much. On the other hand I have a feeling the MNRR will have to pay for the station which would be a waste of resources...

I'm sure not much has changed since 2012 when I was last there... Which is a shame..

Sleepy Hollow - Waterfront

I believe a company called SunCal, based out of California, closed on the site in late 2014, with plans for well over 1,000 residential units. I dont think they have produced a true site plan or renderings yet; its only been a few months. Looking forward to what this will look like.

From:

http://www.suncal.com/community/?id=86

"SunCal and Diversified Realty Advisors, a full-service real estate company operating in five eastern states, were selected by General Motors in early 2014 to acquire and redevelop the former site of the automaker's 97-acre assembly plant in Sleepy Hollow, N.Y., along the Hudson River. The plant closed in 1996. The joint venture for this project will combine SunCal's and Diversified's expertise to create a mixed-use waterfront community featuring up to 1,177 residences, 135,000 square feet of retail space, 35,000 square feet of office uses and a 140-room hotel, among other planned uses."

A few posts mentioned Fleetwood, which I know well. I did not see photos. Are they located elsewhere?
I did a mini Overview of Fleetwood...

Metro-North ridership reaches record 85M

Hoa Nguyen, [email protected] 7:17 p.m. EDT April 27, 2015

Increasing numbers of Westchester County residents commuting to Connecticut and Bronx residents traveling to Westchester helped propel Metro-North Railroad’s ridership to record levels last year, officials said.

About 84.7 million passengers rode Metro-North in 2014, solidifying its position as the country’s second busiest passenger rail carrier in the country, second only to Long Island Rail Road, which had about 86 million riders, the MTA reported. Metro-North’s last record was in 2008 when ridership reached 83.6 million.
