I doubt the metro would run any later would it?

Out of interest is there restrictions on the running times of the cross city line? Or is it just down to London midland?

One of the older metro consultations asked if people would prefer trams to run to midnight every night, or until 11pm Sun-Thurs and until 3am on Friday and Saturday nights.

How anyone can say that the Madin Library needs to go when we have this and Blandara Tower going up I will never understand.

It looks mildly better than Blandara Tower, so that would be a 0.1 out of 10 then.

It's still not as bad as the Kennedy tower refurb render that looked more like the walkie talkie in London....

I think cladding on buidlings above a certain height should be banned in Birmingham. They just look so bleak.

Also - regarding previous post. Could we be expecting a redevelopment of the quayside tower site. Regal seem to think there is.

I think people have been a bit unfair on the new proposal if it was a fresh proposal instead of a downscaled one I think the majority would be happy and excited

As for quayside didn't it's new Chinese owners hint at a huge investment longterm with a short term makeover of entrances?

it's only when you get to the last 2 pics that it's the same old what might of been. I remember reading about Arena Central back in 1996, how long will it be before this actually happens? It's frustrating- London just gets on and builds & Manchester is steaming ahead. :-(
