Ths is one i'm really looking forward to.

I wonder, with so many people disliking the new Eastside locks student accommodation building because it looks grey and dull. How many will like this brilliant blue, rather bold design.

The light coloured one in the background 1st pic. I think it needs ground floor retail all along so that it can attract commuters walking from station to Five Ways.
