Hopefully this is just the start of some nice developments within the Holloway Head area. With its proximity to New Street Station the Bullring and Business District it should be a prime area.

Thank goodness we've moved on from that horrid style, nice to get more like this scheme in the future. Much better.

Yep too higgledy-piggledy! This area needs some density and some life.

This has just passed through planning. When built it will feel like a extension to Park Central.

Good news. This reminds me of the buildings going up in the Kings Cross area in London, a huge improvement.

Get it built.

More good news. I`ve been looking forward to this getting approved. Much more preferable to the previous proposals and, as someone says, it will feel like an extension to Park Central.

Obviously not far from Holloway Head, and along with the planned proposals for Blucher St, it may lead to more schemes coming forward for that area.

Anything, within reason of course, that adds life to Holloway Head is welcome. Should be a buzzing gateway to the centre of the centre if that makes sense.

Yep, really pleased. Get it built.

Is that huge expanse of white render? If so, euruurrururghghghhhhhh it makes me uneasy. It'll get grotty very quickly. The dark brick element is nice and I like the framing of the balconies.

Are these intended for private sale or will there be private rental included?

Agreed. Anyone seen the Hemisphere Apartments opposite the cricket ground recently?? As much as i like the cream cladding it has quickly become stained in places and has some unnatractive green and brown patches. Also the rain run off from the balconies leaves rusty streaks.

Anyway, enough negativity. Really like the look of this scheme, and just to echo everyone else it should really improve the current landscape. Look forward to seeing it rise.

The site is being comprehensively cleared at the moment. Went by this morning, site being fenced off, JCB's busy and lots of workers on site.
If it isn't the obligatory temporary car park, we may be seeing a start here!
