22 plus ground floor so that's 23.

This seems to be what is happening. They appear to be building a smaller slipform on to top of the larger structure now. I guess this makes sense as far fewer lifts need to go to the restaurant than service the rest of the building.

Core at 22.

Imagine this view in 2 years, with the sun shining off the glass, trams passing by and hopefully Beneficial House gone!

I've been meaning to talk about what is going on in the rest of the site.

They have spent the last couple of weeks building up the floor with the temporary framing which I assume is in preparation for a concrete floor pour. That would bring the levels of flooring up to street level all made of concrete.

I assume then then start building steel frame for all floors above ground level.

Remember a couple of months ago when 103 stalled and we all panicked and thought it wasn't going to happen (including me) and look at it now.

I think if you count the storeys below 01 (as marked on the core) you're closer to the 26.

I am back ;-)

Hola

I hope everybody on the forum is ok, I wasn't going to log onto SSC until Monday when I return back to work but I couldn't resist not going out in the lovely sunshine today. Loving how my favourite tower has grown over the last 2 weeks so here is my 103 Colmore Row comprehensive update.

Happy Autumn everybody
