It's a good site for a good looking tower. Nothing impeding the view, so I'd like to see some ground breaking architecture really.

Their Manc and Liverpool towers are good, but nothing amazing. Their London scheme has an edge to it. I'd like to see somethibg more like that.

I would be a bit peeved if it looked anything like the one in manc. Its not terrible, but its not great, and something like that would not suit the location.

This is the Manchester version. So expect something 3 or 4 storeys taller than this one, probably of a very similar design.

That's a nice building what are you lot on about?

I'd be happy if that was proposed over at the Bomb Site, maybe 2 of those towers, it looks bold.

I mean it's fine! But it's so similar to their one in Liverpool too.

Their London one is the only mould breaking proposal. And much better and sleeker.

This is fine, great, fab addition to the skyline, but I'd like to see something a little more daring, especially with it going to absolutely dominate the area.

I don't think for the time being we need anything else 'daring' just well designed fit for purpose buildings of height really to add to the skyline.

The plot of land to the left of Big Bite / Bombay Mix has been sold. Currently Tennant Street Car Park.

Seen today during the Great Birmingham Run on Broad Street.

Sounds good any clues to the height presume it will stay as 37 floors

Please do, but you should prepare yourself to wait until January
Quick Q, what do you think they're doing behind the scenes, twiddling their thumbs? lol.
I sought out the relevant people and they've told me they're optimising it, so have a little faith
If it does come before Christmas, don't choke on that turkey now..

So we probably won`t see a planning app until well into next year, maybe even as late as Spring, which means we`re unlikely to see a start on site until 2018.

Well by then we'll have a nice new build at Left Bank, well hopefully two if the second building comes through soon.

One of the biggest things wrong with the world is that no one wants to wait for anything any more. It is such a shame.

Patience for a plot that has been empty for over 10 years? At least it's not Great Charles Street....
