I think that is an old render. Where did you find it? I love that one but other renders look good too.

It's a nice render Sandblast, but I think we have seen it some time ago.

Wonderful reporting by the post:

Exchange Square is the latest stage of the long-running redevelopment of the land formerly occupied by the Masshouse Circus traffic island system which has already seen two residential towers - Hive and Masshouse - completed while a third called Lighthouse is nearing completion.

They're just rehashing other articles from elsewhere without doing the dirty work themselves. A few errors in there.

BUMP

Whilst on my lunch break today, guess what i saw ???

x 2 JCB diggers on this site digging stuff up, whilst the car park is still in use.

Something is happeneing here, is this the start of this project. I hope so, this is just what Brum needs to kickstart Brum into the Brexit era.

Think I heard drilling near Dale End / James Watt Queensway this morning. Couldn't see anything though.

Would be magnificent to see a start here.

Although I've seen so many renders I'm not 100% sure what we're getting.

Could be a site investigation - usually a good sign but it could then go quiet for a while when the results are being looked at

If the car park is still open, then its clearly not a start on site, but they were saying a summer start on site, fingers crossed

Walked through the site this lunchtime.
Comprehensive site investigations at present, bore holes across the whole site, behind security fences.
