Off topic but is the tower block in metrogogos pic private accommodation?

Could do with a Refurbishment like the ladywood blocks behind broadway plaza

If your on about the one in the 3rd photo I think that's Warwick Crest on Authurs Rd in Edgbaston, fairly sure thats private ownership.

I'm counting 7 floors on the steelwork that's gone up so far, did the later application to increase to 10 floors, definitely get approved?

Yes it was revised and approved in May for an extra 11 units/2 storeys, but only on Block D, Nige, which faces onto Communications Row at the junction of Bishopgate Street, so it matches up with the dev next door. They haven't started on that section yet, going by the pics

The rest of the floors remain the same.

Did ask the question a couple of weeks back, but is what we see the final height, I can only count 7 floors so far, is it another part of the development that rises to 10?

This and the student blocks next door and across the road are going to make a real change in the feel of this area.
That visual of Arden Gate is really impressive.

Blocks A, B & C are speeding up. Block D (the tallest @ 11 storeys) isn't too far away from starting.

The steel framing system is being installed too

5way tower would be a perfect hotel, just do the same cladding as they did for the Park Regis.
