Superb! If only every site was demolished with such efficiency. Hopefully we will see a flurry of activity on this and Arden Gate by Torsion straight away.

As frustrating as it has been not to see new proposals this year the one positive has been spades in the ground with 8 starts so far this year if I am not mistaken, hopefully this and Lancaster Gate soon make it 10 and with more in the pipeline with Kent St, St Luke’s and Lunar Rise all slated for summer starts as well.

It already looks so much better. The building that was on the Arden Gate site looked like a prison, so glad to see both plots developed, shame about the Pavilion building behind though, it's terrible!!

Hopefully, the Pavilion building becomes a lot less noticeable when the other two sites are complete.

I think it will guys as we will also have the striking blue Bath court just over the road as well so nobody will even see the pavilion, lol

Walking down Bishopsgate St and looks like a piling rig is on site. Taken from Holliday St by Arden:

Isn’t that working on Arden Gate though? This is the opposite corner by the Shell Garage.

I did wonder that, but when walking down Bishopsgate St it looked right on the Nautical Club plot when looking down the street. I might be wrong, and apols for the unnecessary bump if that's true, etc. I don't get to Brum till Thursday so maybe someone can have a closer look?

Just been past and you are correct the piling rig is right on the corner with both sites separated with fencing. It was just the perspective of the picture that made it look like it was on Arden Gate.

Bishopgate Street is to be closed this coming week end so I conclude that the tower crane will be erected. The tower crane base is already in place.
