This the other side of the road, former Lumina site. St Joseph, as far as we know, purchased the plot and are looking to build a tall residential building.

It’s Berkeley but under the St. Edward banner which is funded and/or in partnership with prudential. Between 300-500 units mooted at 30-40FL. Plans are meant to come forward this year but it might be a while before it’s built as they haven’t fully sold Snowhill Wharf yet or released Eastside Locks so I should imagine it’s not on their list of priorities at the moment.

Glad to see this finally seem to start to rise can’t wait to see its impact driving through the city centre, the cranes alone are quite prominent

Minor bump. An increase in apartments within 'Building B' - which looks like the 21 storey.
