It's quite obvious that at least one of this stadium will be expanded in the future. Smaller cities than Lodz have even 2x biggger stadiums for their clubs.

Is there some potential for Poland to host a big tournament (maybe World Cup 2030?)

There seems to be some good stadium and infrastructure development there

Well theoretically we can host any big tournament alone starting with Olympics and WC, but for those tournaments requirements are insane. For WC we will never have stadiums 70,000+ capacity and two or three 60,000+ capacity, bcoz of economical reasons. We are not China, RSA, Russia, Greece or Brazil that can spend shitloads of money for ghost stadiums. We have two 55,000+ stadiums, three 42,000+ and four 30,000+ and dozen smaller ones which technically can be up8ed to 30,000+. If FIFA or IOC cares only about money and it's members wellbeing and not about atmosphere, traditions, history and stuff like this there will never be tournament like this. We know how to make unforgetable events like EURO 2012 or FIVB 2014 World Championships.

If there was a chance to do it alone, 2008 was it.

If the update of de Silesian was done, with the plus of the Legia stadium, Wisla Krakow and Zabrze, you've had more than enough.

In 2008 we had only one good stadium Wisla Krakow rest were builded for Euro 2012 and many after 2010. Zabrze is still u/c so period 2008-2012 for solo hosting anything was imposible. We couldn't afford to build so many big new stadiums in so short period of time. Even Euro 2012 wasn't our idea. We only co-hosted it bcoz Ukrainians asked us for it.

When the stadiums currently under construction are finished, Poland will be in the situation where they would be able to host on its own Euro 2012 like it was back then, without the help of Ukraine. Shame then that the Euros got expanded...

World Cup in volleyball is something big? I think almost nobody from other countries was interested in this event... There was no away fans. Of course we had some small groups, but general number was about 2000 foreign peoples or even less, to compare with European ( not worldwide !! ) football competitions with more than 850 000. And the global viewership was extremally low, even in Poland was average.
There was not too much infrastructural requirements, so it was maybe unforgetable, but only for Poles.
