Ahojte,

super forum, vdaka za informacie.

Nastahoval som sa do podnajmu do JA, chcem sa spytat, ci stale plati ta exkluzivita pre VNET ohladom pripojenia? Radsej by som siel do Orangeu, kedze sluzby VNETu cenovo zaspali asi niekde pred piatimi rokmi... :/

Ak sa stale neda zriadit nic ine ako ten VNET, ake s nimi mate skusenosti? Je tam HD TV? Internet je stabilny?

Exkluzivita pokracuje, kedze sa na schodzi vlastnikov dohodlo predlzenie zmluvy.
Ceny su cca o 30% nizsie ako v cenníku a dokaze sa vyskladat bali sluzieb podla osobnych potrieb.
Ponuka od Vnet-u je vyvesana v info tabuliach v kazdom vchode.

Co sa tyka internetu, rychlost na najpomalsom baliku je dostatocna. Ale problem vidim s latenciou, obcas (raz za 3-5 minut) vyskoci ping cez pol sekundy. Takze nic pre nervnych online hracov (nepouzivam ich router, ale moj behal na inej linke v poriadku)
Z dlhodobeho hladiska sa zda, ze monopolu VNETu sa nezbavime. Potom ako pod natlakom konca developerom darovaneho garantovaneho obdobia zlacneli, kopec ludi podpisalo dalsiu 2r viazanost. Ziaden velky hrac nepojde do zdielanej infrastruktury s VNETom a tahanie novych kablov po chodbach najskor neprejde na schodzi.

Nieje to ziadna velka zlodejina ako pri niektorych novostavbach, ale pomalicky potichucky sa objavuju rozne poplatky navyse (napr rozuctovanie teplej vody) a snahy si svojvolne vyberat dodavatelov. Lacne vytahy kaziace sa viac ako v Petrzalskom panelaku (mimochodom maju polske cedulky "8 osób" ), garazove brany detto (podla dodavatela sa ma pockat s celym cyklom otovrenie-prejazd-zatvorenie na kazde auto, takze menej ako 2 auta za minutu a spravca to zozral a vytlacil take pokyny), odflaknuta vodotechnika (mlaky v garazach, vytopene priestory,...)
Ale pravdupovediac su to skor veci obmedzujuce pokojne byvanie oproti veciam ohrozujucim byvanie vseobecne, ale predsa su to nase prachy ...

ad VNET - momentalne dohodnute ceny pre objekt by mali vyhovovat vacsine beznych zakaznikov (najlacnejsi net bez datovych limitov pokial niekto potrebuje len citat maily je 3 evri za 2mbit, potom napr. 8,5 evri za 30mbit, atd.)

ad SPRAVCA = absolutny disaster. urobia len tie najnevyhnutnejsie veci. aj elementarne veci co sa neskontroluju objednavaju casto za dvojnasobnu cenu. snazia sa zbavit zodpovednosti tym ze vsetko prehodia na odsuhlasenie zastupcov vlastnikov, aby mali alibi. najlepsie ovladaju forwardovanie mailov bez vlastnej pridanej hodnoty. odpoved na vaznejsie podnety z pravidla pre nich vypracuje pravnicka kancelaria.

legislativa zaroven zvazuje ruky vlastnikom takychto velkych objektov, jedina moznost odhlasovania zmeny spravcu je na schodzi, a to nadpolovicnou vacsinou vsetkych vlastnikov, co je takmer nemozne zorganizovat.

Ak sa nemylim, tak viete spravit aj pisomne hlasovanie, ak su ludia naozaj tak nespokojni.
Spravca je povinny ho zorganizovat.

No treba priznať, že tento rok bolo aj priaznivé počasie na stavby. Suchá jar, ešte suchšie leto a začiatok jesene zatiaľ tiež nezaostáva v minime zrážok a ustálenosti počasia.
