Is there something bad with Sacramento Street?

There are 3 buildings currently for sale on Sacramento st near Kearny. This seems odd because there is not a lot of inventory on the market in downtown San Francisco. At least not that I can find on Loopnet.

Also the building that was formerly Jeanty's restaurant sat on the market for about a year and lowered the price a few times before finally disappearing as a listing. This happened at a time when there bidding wars and listings selling above market.

So my question. Is there something bad about that location?

^^ I don't think there's something bad with the location, other than it is located close to the heart of Chinatown on Grant Avenue. And by the way, it is a transit-rich area with the 1-California, 8-Bayshore (and its companions 8AX and 8BX), 91-Owl, and the California Street cable car close by.
