And another image of what the original site looked like back in around 1880, I reckon...interestingly, the 2 storey add on building at the rear of Roxbourgh House still exists!

The building at the back is the most historical part dating back into the 18th C. I think is was a hall.
It will be incorporated into the wider development and be converted into 2 appartments I believe.

Yes, in the B&W photo above the hall-like buildings behind Roxbouough House is still there, hidden behind modern additions and will be retained in the overall Rox development.

 Mmm. Never sure how to change the thread title...usually a nice Mod reading these threads might do it but otherwise, my oversight will live on in history!Looking forward to a photo or two of what is actually happening on the ground though. I think someone said fencing and a digger might be there now?

Thanks for the up-date Sulaco. I wonder what the time frame is for this build? I am guessing if work gets properly underway next month, it should be close to opening the end of Q1 2021...
