Mukhang mabilis naman ang developement ng underground parking spaces. Sana Filinvest could really amaze us. Yung hotel or condo dito is it under Filigree management by Filinvest ba?

Filigree is the sosyal segment of Filinvest Land daw kasi?

Activa's residential and hotel conponent isn't included in Filigree's portfolio, as per website. Yes, high-end residential brand ng Filinvest ang Filigree, similar to Ayala Land Premier.

Mabilis nga yung paggawa ni Archipelago Builders (the contractor of Activa) sa EDSA-Aurora side pero marami pa silang gagawin near Superlines and it will take months or years before they reach above ground.

Filinvest target completion for the Activa Flex building (office/SOHO) is end of 2022. That is the left most building looking at the complex from edsa. The mall component takes up the first five floors of the entire complex so it might be finished earlier than the other buildings

Before we ask that, I think the more important question is...

Will it even be anchored by a department store?

Case in point: Megaworld Lifestyle Malls. Eastwood Mall, Uptown Mall, Venice Grand Canal Mall, Newport Mall, Lucky Chinatown Mall... they all don't have a department store.

Ayala Malls Vertis North at Ayala Malls South Park, wala ring department store, or in South Park's case eh nawalan ng department store.

For SM, The Podium doesn't have one.

Edit: Robinsons Novaliches, wala yata, right?

Filinvest Mall alabang has 2 dept store kasi landmark and Robinsons. Maganda sana kung Metro Gaisano ng maiba naman.


This is one major project of Filinvest Land. This could be a big development at Cubao. A filinvest firestarter dev.

So yung dalawang Dept. Store ng Festival Mall ang basis mo? It is Filinvest's decision kung lalagyan nila yan ng department store to compete with SM and Rustan's. Fora nga sa Tagaytay, wala atang department store yun eh.

I hope Filinvest will do more of this optimized development on limited city spaces. How about Napocor Energy City by Filinvest Land? That is if Rockwell is not interested with the the NAPOCOR development. Filinvest could go out and buy those land selling by the Government.. Hope Filinvest Land will settle to renewable energy as well with their booming Filinvest Land township projects? Hoping Filinvest will install the best elevator and escalator system here due to the massive scale development (never do a PBCOM tower elevator incident here FDC). Any plans of having 3 Eastwest Bank 24/7 Branches here FDC? Those SOHO entrepreneurs, BPO Office Companies, Filinvest Hotel staycationeers and Activa Flex residents could tap EWBank facility.

Hope Filinvest Activa underground parking could be comparable to that of Robinsons Magnolia given that this is located at the heart of Cubao intersection. Overpriced. You can buy The Rise Makati from Shang at ~220k-230k/sqm now.

Is the top floor really gonna have a cherry blossom trees? Or will it be just plastics?

That is the only thing nice in their render from their website. The rest looks just like generic malls.
