The render looks idyllic, a haven from the stress of city living right on the edge of the M50 :-)

The only more stressful suburban living than beside the M50 is being more than a mile inside it!

Then you are trapped in semi-permanent gridlock that makes the M50 seem free-flowing - without either PT or a road network worth the name.

As Wordsworth would doubtless have said

Surely it missed some realistic elements like shopping trolleys floating in the river or half-burned wrecks of cars on green slopes )

Well there is none of that in Ballyogan so I'd be surprised to see it in the posh enviornment of Carrickmines

We're talking the Southside here - not some congested kip like ....where are you from?
